The combined upfront investment is ₹8,95,000 + GST — comprising the one-time franchise fee of ₹6,45,000 and the 2-year training fee of ₹2,50,000. An ongoing supervision/royalty structure is shared post-selection. There are no hidden fees beyond these.

Yes. The franchise model is designed to support business owners and investors who wish to build a semi-passive coaching operation by hiring and managing certified coaches under the RST brand. The specifics of team-based franchising are covered during the discovery call.
Do I need prior coaching experience to apply?
Prior coaching or therapeutic experience is valued but not mandatory. The program welcomes coaches, therapists, psychologists, spiritual practitioners, second-career seekers, and committed individuals who align with the RST philosophy of acceptance. Suitability is assessed individually during the discovery call.
How long before I can start seeing clients?
The training runs over 6 months, after which you sit a final assessment and receive your RST Certification. You may begin building your client pipeline and marketing your practice during training. Exact timelines are shared during onboarding.
